OneMaxx Contact Relationship Management module
OneMaxx CRM (Contact Relationship Management) module is a person and organization
management application, fully integrated with other OneMaxx application modules.
It provides a central place to manage all customer, supplier, employee, member,
etc. information and relationships.
Features of OneMaxx CRM include:
- Manages unlimited entities per contact, for example, bank accounts,
addresses, credit cards, mailing lists, subscriptions, phone numbers, etc.
- Each managed entity can have unlimited number of interrelated contexts (eg.
mailing/delivery/billing address)
- Each contact can be a person or organization, with unlimited mutual
relationships which are user definable
- Each relationship maintains separate context (eg. member, employee,
father, supplier...)
- Direct access to other OneMaxx modules containing reference to contact
(invoices, orders, stock...)
- Flexible search options, with instant status and summary for a contact.
- Optionally can be installed independent of other OneMaxx modules, for easy
integration in non-OneMaxx environments
- Easy extensibility via object oriented database design
