OneMaxx Subscription Management module
The Subscription Management application is designed to assist an
organization that derives income from subscribers or members, by
providing pro-active account management facilities with efficient
and flexible servicing options. It is fully integrated with the
General Ledger, Inventory Management and Accounts Receivable
applications and offers advanced functionality to cater for
extensive and sophisticated subscription needs.

- Facility for corporate subscriptions
with centralized billing

- Cyclic billing

- User-definable billing cycles for
cyclic billing
- Individual billing type per
subscription
- Subscriptions paid are initially
accrued as a deferred sale (ie. liability) in the General Ledger
and then progressively converted to income as it is
earned
- Flexible subscription anniversary and
service or product scheduling
- Overdue trading debt recognition is
independent of subscription eg. 30 days for debt, 90 days for
subscriptions
